If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Store (referred to as either, "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to "Indian Music Store"
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Indian Music Store, accessible from https://indianmusicstore.co.in
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days if the product is not found satisfactory. Subject to conditions as stated below:

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded/returned/exchanged. Unfortunately, Items on sale, New Releases, Rare Collections cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged.

Indian Music Store’s 3-day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.indianmusicstore.co.in, for any reason within 3 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. For returning the item you need to ship the product to us on your own cost.

Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and examine if it is the same item that was shipped to you or not, and when the product passes this check, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected by you at the time of initiating return request. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

1. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly fromwww.indianmusicstore.co.in desktop/mobile sites or app. Any return request for products not purchased from us directly will be declined by us.
3. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping charges incurred by you.
4. Under our Exchange Policy, only same title will be applicable for exchanges and is subject to availability , as for most of the items we only have one copy .
5. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and should be in original packaging as sent by us . For all self- shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
6. In case the items returned doesn’t match the details or is not the same item that was purchased from our store which is mentioned in the Return request, we will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you accordingly. If it is found that the item returned is not the same which was purchased from the store , we will return the same item back to you on our shipping cost.
7. Both return and exchange on the same order should be done in the same go to avoid complication. ss
8. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
9. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
10. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
11. We do not allow return/exchange/refund of/on products on Sale, Rare Collections, New Releases. Return/exchange is only permitted if the product(s) delivered to you is/are damaged. In case you receive a damaged product, please drop a mail to sales@indianmusicstore.co.in within 72 hours of receipt of the product to process the exchange/return.
