1.One of the many movies inspired by Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall starer 'Coming To America'. The other films were Prem Yog and Daulat Ki Duniya (Dubbed).

2.After about 10 years actor Asrani returned to direction with this film and dint act in the film. The next film which he made was Udaan and it was the last film Asrani directed.
