1.A cover version of the song "Koi Aaya Aane Bhi De (If People Come)" was released in the album Asha Bhosle & Kronos Quartet, You Have Stolen My Heart, Song's From R.D. Burman's Bollywood. This album was released internationally.

2.The title music was later used for the tune of "Tum Kya Jaano Mohabbat" in Hum Kisse Se Kum Nahin.

3.The film finally put Feroz Khan in the league of top actors. Kala Sona did better business than several films in many centre's.
