8. Akshay Kumar starred as a child in the film. As a child he had one scene where he is serenading Randhir Kapoor with flowers at the wedding. The scene is edited out of DVDs but was released on the VHS version in the 1980s.
9. The song Tujh Sa Haseen Dekha Nahin was originally recorded for Zabardast in 1979. When the film got shelved, Randhir Kapoor requested Pancham give him the song.
